Non-accredited trainingThe course applies to individuals who work as a Food Handler (Level 1 Food Safety Course). This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene matters to prevent contamination of food that could result in a food-borne illness. You will also learn about your obligations when working in a food safety role in accordance with legislation, regulations and workplace policies and procedures.
